On January 20, 2026, at approximately 7:43 am, officers from the Jamestown Police Department's First Platoon responded to a Northside business for a reported shoplifting incident. Store staff reported that a male suspect had taken two steaks without paying. Officers located the suspect a short distance from the business and identified him as Joshua M.
